The Magi weren’t expecting anything in return for their gifts. They gave out of love and devotion, showing us that true giving is selfless. Do you give with expectations, or is your giving motivated by love and kindness?
Identify one person you can bless unexpectedly this week. It could be a friend, family member, or stranger. Give them something purely out of kindness.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for the reminder that it is more blessed to give than to receive. Help me to give selflessly, expecting nothing in return. Teach me to find joy in the act of blessing others and to reflect Your love in all I do. Amen.
